Team Access Control
Agently’s upcoming Access Control framework introduces role-based permissions and organizational governance—designed to support collaborative teams, enterprise workflows, and secure multi-agent environments.
This system will provide fine-grained control over who can view, edit, deploy, or manage AI Agents and data within a workspace. By defining user roles and permission scopes, organizations can operate at scale without compromising control, consistency, or security.
KEY FEATURES
Role-Based Access Management Assign roles (Admin, Developer, Operator, Viewer, etc.) with defined permissions across configuration, deployment, analytics, and platform-level settings.
Team Collaboration Invite team members to shared workspaces while restricting sensitive functions like publishing, data integration, or subscription changes.
Agent-Level Permissions Grant access to individual agents or groups—allowing compartmentalized control over specific workflows or verticals within an organization.
Audit Logging Track changes, deployments, and access events across users to ensure full visibility and compliance in collaborative environments.
Enterprise Integration (SSO) Support for SAML-based Single Sign-On (SSO) will provide centralized identity management and authentication integration with existing enterprise systems.
USE CASES
Enable cross-functional teams to co-develop agents without overexposing sensitive logic or data
Enforce operational boundaries between testing and production environments
Secure API keys, datasets, and marketplace listings from unauthorized modifications
Maintain compliance and accountability across high-volume agent deployments
Agently's Access Control system is designed to meet the governance expectations of enterprise users while enabling secure collaboration at every scale. This feature is currently in development and will be rolled out with full documentation and role schemas upon release.
