The Agently dashboard serves as the central control system for building, managing, and deploying AI Agents. Designed to accommodate both individual users and full-scale organizations, the dashboard is structured around clarity, modularity, and control—offering a streamlined interface for interacting with every layer of the Agently platform.

Whether a user is launching a prebuilt agent, configuring a custom one, monitoring performance, or integrating deployments across environments, the dashboard provides a unified space to do so without requiring technical overhead.

Core Dashboard Functions

• Agent Creation Access Users can begin the agent creation process from a single entry point—choosing between Prebuilt Solutions, Custom Agents, or third-party agents from the Marketplace. Each path includes guided setup flows aligned with the agent’s type, capabilities, and deployment structure.

• Configuration & Management Panels Once an agent is selected or created, users are guided into a configuration workflow where they can manage language settings, behavior logic, tool connections, and data inputs. All configuration interfaces are standardized across agent types to maintain usability and familiarity.

• Real-Time Analytics A dedicated analytics panel allows users to track key metrics for each agent—such as engagement volume, success rates, behavior outcomes, and system usage. This visibility supports ongoing iteration and performance optimization without external tools.

• Deployment Management Each agent in the system has an associated deployment module within the dashboard. Users can activate agents across supported environments, manage integration keys or authentication scopes, and toggle between deployment modes including API, live chat, and embedded views.

• Marketplace Access The dashboard includes direct navigation into the AI Marketplace, where users can browse, purchase, and deploy third-party agents, or list and manage their own. Purchased agents can be customized and deployed through the same management flows as internally created agents.

• Workspace Control For team or enterprise users, the dashboard supports multi-user workspaces with role-based permissions. Organizations can assign access levels, monitor usage across agents, and segment agents by department, client, or purpose.

• Subscription and Scaling Users can manage subscription plans, usage limits, and feature access directly through the dashboard. Tier upgrades unlock additional agents, integration support, and deployment options—scaling seamlessly with growing operational demands.
