Agent Creation

Agently supports three distinct pathways for launching AI Agents, each designed for a different level of control, speed, and specialization.

The creation process begins from a unified entry point within the dashboard, where users can choose from:

• Prebuilt Solutions Purpose-built agents developed by the Agently team, designed for specific use cases and deployed directly into dedicated environments (e.g., Telegram, Shopify, Discord). These solutions are ready to use out-of-the-box and optimized for fast implementation.

• Custom Agents Fully configurable agents created from scratch using Agently’s no-code builder. Users can define language, tools, datasets, memory, behavior, and deployment—all tailored to unique workflows or operational needs. Categories help organize and segment Custom Agents at scale.

• Marketplace Agents Third-party agents built by other users or teams and available for licensing or reuse. These agents may come pre-configured, but can be customized and deployed like any Custom Agent. The Marketplace enables discovery, monetization, and ecosystem-wide reuse.

Each creation path aligns with a different operational need—from zero-setup deployment to deep customization or plug-and-play reuse. Once created or imported, all agents flow through the same configuration, deployment, and analytics systems—maintaining consistency across the platform.
